Design Process
UX is the sum of all things. We start with the customer experience (their needs 1st) & work back toward technology.
1. Strategy
Ask first. Before jumping into design we make sure that we're asking the right questions to accomplish the right challenges. This stage includes understanding customer/user needs, market research, competitive analysis, consulting & exploring possible solutions for the users and your business.
2. Design
Problem solving. During the transition from wireframes into the final design (including overview of the design process through regular meetings), we create prototypes simulating final end results before development, saving you $$. At the end of this phase your app or website is complete.
3. Development
Bringing designs to life. Together, we layer your strategy from the core up, to come up with a user-friendly digital experience, building it up until the finish line and beyond.
4. Quality Assurance
Transparent process. Post-Design/Post-Development, we are happy to do user testing with your customers to evaluate & provide the best possible solutions for their needs.
